Returns Policy
We will accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. All returns must be returned in the original packaging with all contents in the package. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the refund for any returns that has missing parts or is in anyway damaged or non resalable. We may also refuse a refund in extreme cases.
We would also advise you return items with a signed option as we would be unable to refund or replace any items that do not arrive back with us. We will refund any reasonable postage costs you have incurred if we are at fault. 

Please always include a copy invoice or the order number with any returns so we can identify who has returned the product efficiently. If you can also let us know if you would like a replacement or refund.

Any special orders that we do not hold in stock and have had to buy in that would then be returned would have a 20% restocking fee applied.
